MEC's infrared inspections involve scanning of all indoor and outdoor electrical distribution and control equipment. Infrared scanning is performed under normal plant operation and does not involve outages.
Our experienced staff of engineers and NETA Certified technicians will provide analyses of problem hot spots and make recommendations as to the best solutions to limit downtime and make the necessary repairs. With our well equipped shop facilities, MEC can repair breakers and other equipment where hotspots have been found.
