We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative based out of Regina. Duties & Responsibilities Generate business opportunities for local operations and corporately as deemed necessary Create and manage proposals and provide follow-up to management Promote MEC through direct sales and presentations to prospective clients in pursuit of project opportunities Represent MEC with professional associations to increase exposure in industry Maintain existing accounts and acquire new accounts in the southern Saskatchewan region Form productive and sustainable relationships with business contacts in the community and drive client growth Ensure marketing approach of local office is streamlined with corporate strategic plans and goals Work in conjunction with Corporate Sales Manager and Operations Manager to establish annual budget and measures for meeting and exceeding financial revenue targets Qualifications and Skills Experience and/or knowledge of electrical power systems; high voltage experience will be considered an asset Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong technical skills and past experience in the electrical industry will be considered an asset Ability to work as a team player; contribute towards the team’s goals and demonstrate commitment A strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills Enthusiasm and initiative to generate new business leads and increase the exposure of company capabilities If you are interested in this exciting career opportunity at MEC, please submit your resume in confidence to: Chantelle Ehr Human Resources Manager
