 Our custom switchgear design and modification packages/retrofits are built with the customer in mind. Our LV and MV switchgear designs range from 480 V to 35 kV, indoor and outdoor, up to 3000 A. Metal clad , metal enclosed, and arc resistant switchgear as well as MV MCC options are available depending on customer requirements. Our bus duct design ranges from 480 V to 35 kV and up to 3000 A, we also have custom designed reactors, filters and capacitor banks to meet specific power and distribution requirements. Swichgear and breaker modification packages include in shop or field refurbishing and upgrades of older style switchgear such as bus mods, metering upgrades, protection upgrades, arc resistant upgrades and cell modifications. Our three manufacturing and repair centers allow us to cover off a wide array of switchgear services custom tailored to our clients needs. Vacuum circuit breaker retrofits/replacements for both LV and MV air circuit breakers involve careful design and integration of new trip units and/or mechanical components. Our vacuum conversions of LV air circuit breakers, particularly those used in motor starter applications, offer extended life to existing breakers and switchgear that have become worn over time due to high duty cycles.
