MEC's shareholders don't sit in ivory towers. They are out in the field, brushing shoulders and working with individuals at all levels within the corporation. They are publishing papers, writing articles, and sitting on safety committees mapping out the future of safety legislation. Shareholder involvement is one of the things that make MEC employees proud to have a career at MEC.
